We wanted to let you know that we have something exciting to announce!
As Donastar works to create how to videos and other content for you, we've realized we lacked content in one specific area. Every time one of our technicians visits your location in need of service, they capture information such as images of the equipment, serial numbers, notes on what was fixed, what parts were replaced and the overall health of the equipment. At Donastar, we collect this information electronically and store it for next time the customer needs help.
Josh Gutierrez, Donastar's Business Development Lead asked the question, 'What if we made this information available to each customer in real time, anytime they needed it?'. So, we began asking our customers whether they would like a 'Customer Portal' available at http://www.donastar.com to view content specific to their beverage equipment! The answer was an unequivocal 'YES'.
You spoke, we listened! Donastar has a customer portal to make your life easier.
Now you can view all of our technicians' notes, images and historical information about every piece of equipment that we work on. When we are diagnosing problems, this can save a lot of time and money, as well as help you understand the service process. It also will help you decide on the best course of action when considering an upgrade or other equipment changes and additions.
