Donastar takes San Antonio!

It has been a busy and exciting month for Donastar as a few of our employee’s took a trip down to the Alamo City. Steve, Mike, & Josh were invited to tour both the Lancer & FBD headquarters in an effort to explore new opportunities to help support the TravelCenters team. With both Lancer & FBD producing new technology that ensures efficiency through advanced custom interface controls combined with it’s ability to dispense a darn good product, the TravelCenters  team was eager to learn more, as were we!

   
   
   
   
   

In addition to the tours and trainings, Donastar utilized one of our local service teams to handle the first Lancer IBD Bold 30i installation at the TravelCenters location on Foster Road. The equipment swap upgrade was a great success and hopefully the catalyst for more successful swaps. With the cutting edge equipment and technical support of Lancer and FBD, combined with the national service coverage of Donastar, the future is bright for the hundreds of TravelCenters locations and the thousands of customers they provide for daily.


Sam Davis, Program manager of food service for TravelCenters, has been leading the charge in revamping their customer experience. Ultimately, the goal is to provide an awesome experience that people can expect and come back to when they visit any location. Donastar aim's to utilize our service partner network to offer competitive and efficient service and support throughout the country for all TravelCenters beverage and water filtration service needs.

Donastar looks forward to continually supporting and servicing beverage, filtration, and food service programs throughout North America in convenience stores, quick serve restaurants, hotels & resorts, and many other locations. With the recent struggles of the global pandemic we have recently expanded our efforts to also offer support for residential programs as well.
